"First I’d like to say that the entire staff is excellent from Roberto all the way to Dusty Raquel, and especially SARAH who I have known since the day I bought my life insurance….. They have done such a wonderful job, keeping me up-to-date on everything that’s happening that I went ahead and had my home insurance and auto insurance transferred over from Farmer’s. I don’t take things lightly I really pay attention to detail so what I really have to say is the fact that they work as a team and they do take care of their customers they take the time to reach out when we call them and ask them to look into a situation to see what’s the best thing to do they stop what they’re doing and they help out. They may not call you right away but within a day and a half they’re already given you the information you need. I definitely call that customer satisfaction. Today they were really helpful and took care of business for me. I was out of town didn’t have any information and they took the time to give me the info right then and there I really appreciate every single one of them and I hope you guys that read this Google review do the same thing if you know that you’ve been in the same boat and they’ve helped you out."

"My policy was canceled without proper notification. When I called the office, the same representative, Raquel Odreman Cristakos, whom I had previously contacted to update my address, repeatedly told me, "They emailed and texted you," instead of acknowledging that the cancellation notice was never mailed to my updated address.

I reminded her that I had spoken with her in July when I added renters insurance for my new address, so my mailing address should have been updated at that time. Rather than addressing that issue or taking any accountability, she continued repeating, "They emailed and texted you."

The lack of accountability and poor customer service made an already frustrating situation even worse.

I'm not sure what happened to Sarah Sheldon, but she was always very helpful, communicated exceptionally well with clients, and provided excellent customer service. The difference in my experience has been noticeable."
