He went above and beyond and not only helped me setting up policies but he then called my husband, who is on policy, and made sure he didn’t have any questions or concerns. He did this without my asking and I so appreciate him for that. Since setting up policies, Matt has checked in with both of us to make sure we were satisfied with policies. Matt has been professional, friendly and accommodating, to my calls and emails, and just a pleasure to work with. Great hire State Farm!!!!"

"Cancelled my policy without proper notification. When I called their office the same person (Hispanic lady) who I notified of my new address kept repeating "they emailed and texted you" taking no accountability for not properly sending the letter to my new address. I reminded her that I had spoke to her to add renters insurance to the new address back in July, so my address should have been updated then and all she kept repeating is "they emailed and texted you""
