"Words can’t even begin to describe how frustrated & disappointed I am with this office. I switched agents because this office had great reviews & I was moving, but unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

From the very beginning, my policies have repeatedly been processed incorrectly, including coverages I never requested while simultaneously leaving off coverages I specifically requested from the inception of my policies. Communication has been a constant issue as well. Messages are not relayed properly, I’m rarely contacted when I’m told someone will follow up & even when I have an email chain clearly documenting the changes I’m requesting, the policies somehow still end up being processed incorrectly.

Most recently, I called & spoke with Arturo regarding a new renters insurance policy I needed. Without my knowledge or consent, relatives were added to my policy. I didn’t even discover this had been done until I received the insurance binder. Adding individuals to someone’s insurance policy without their authorization is extremely concerning & completely unacceptable. Taking 40 minutes on a phone call for a simple renters insurance policy is ridiculous.

At this point, I have spent far too much time correcting mistakes that should never have been made in the first place. I shouldn’t have to babysit an insurance office to make sure basic requests are being processed correctly. Insurance requires accuracy, attention to detail & clear communication, unfortunately I have experienced a consistent lack of all three.

I initially chose this office based on its positive reviews, but my experience has been so disappointing that I would strongly encourage others to thoroughly verify every detail of their policies & paperwork rather than assuming their requests have been properly handled. Or go to another agent."
