State Farm seems like a solid company, but were initially denying a discount on my homeowners policy based on what seemed to be a weird technicality. Yvonne and Robert at Robert Montero’s office worked on my behalf and got the company to honor the discount. While I was somewhat disappointed with the initial position taken by the company, I really appreciate the local office stepping up and helping out, as well as State Farm willing to do what seems right. There are many agents more convenient to me, but I have always had really good service from this office. If using State Farm I highly recommend Robert Montero and his staff.

Recently, Caitlin reached out to me to update my information. I just happen to be at the hospital with my dad. Caitlin first showed concern and then sympathy for my situation. She offered to call me back at a better time, but I told her it would be fine. She showed compassion and patience at a time that I really needed it. Thank you Caitlin.
